Naila is very passionate about being in the NGO space. Thanks to her parents she has been involved with helping the underprivileged and working with community upliftment from a very young age. She believes in giving back to society not just through financial aid but more in kind, through thought, action and attention. The goal being to connect the right resources with the right people.

She has 25+ years of work experience in the Corporate sector, having worked in banking, Research and Business Development. A few years back she decided to step away from a hectic corporate career and has since discovered and enjoyed following her dreams. This has meant getting involved in Theatre and performing shows in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kenya and USA, doing media advertisements for different brands, working with various NGO’s and Social organisations and catching up on long travel breaks.
She is based in Bangalore.
