Tazaiyun Oomer is a social worker and community leader working for the upliftment of society since 1997. She began working on initiatives concerning specially-abled individuals by providing mobility aids. Furthering this she envisioned Humane Touch in 1999, focusing on education and women empowerment.

Tazaiyun Oomer currently also works in various capacities with the PRAY Foundation and Lifeline Trust. Further, she is the Joint Secretary at The Muslim Orphanage, one of the cities renowned and nationally acclaimed institution.

Tazaiyun Oomer has won multiple accolades including the Sunpure Superwoman Award 2019,Social Hero Award 2018 by South India NGO Conference, Femina World Women’s Leadership Award 2017.
